Payment TermsPayment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.All fees for services will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins.We accept payment via ACH Direct Debit, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery of services.4. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.You retain full ownership and responsibility for the content we produce on your behalf.5. Intellectual PropertyOnce full payment has been made, Imaginary Unit will transfer to your ownership all custom content created for you.We retain the right to use non-identifiable portions of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.6. Limitation of Liability:Imaginary Unit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services or website.We make no guarantees about the success of your business or LinkedIn profile based on our work.7. Confidentiality:We respect your privacy and will keep all materials, content, and conversations confidential unless required by law or with your explicit consent.8. Revisions and ModificationsWe offer unlimited rounds of revisions for each project to ensure satisfaction.In a rare case where this policy is abused, Imaginary Unit reserves the right to update this revisions and modifications policy on a case-by-case basis.9. Termination:Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.If Imaginary Unit terminates the agreement, any work completed up to the termination point will be delivered. You would then be sent a pro-rated refund no longer than 30 days from the termination point.If you terminate the agreement, any work completed up to the termination point will be delivered. Imaginary Unit would not be liable to deliver any work after the termination point that was paid for in advance. You will not receive a refund of any amount if you terminate the agreement.10. Governing Law:These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lafayette, LA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lafayette Parish.11. Changes to Terms:We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such updates will constitute your agreement to the new terms.12.
